Community Guidelines – BeatSwap

1. Zero Tolerance Policy

BeatSwap has a zero tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. This includes but is not limited to:

• Hate speech, harassment, or threatening behaviour
• Explicit, pornographic, or violent content
• Bullying, intimidation, or targeted abuse
• Content that exploits or endangers minors

Violations will result in immediate content removal and permanent account termination.

2. Be Respectful

No harassment, hate speech, or abusive behaviour of any kind is permitted.

3. No Spam or Self-Promotion Abuse

• Excessive promotion is not allowed
• Listings must go through the marketplace system

4. Content Rules

Do not post:

• Illegal content
• Offensive or explicit material
• Misleading or false information

5. Gear Honesty

Posts about gear must be truthful.

No fake reviews or misleading claims.

6. Reporting & Blocking

Users can report and block other users or content directly from the app. Blocked users are removed from your feed immediately. All reports are reviewed by the BeatSwap team within 24 hours.

7. Reporting

Users can report:

• Listings
• Posts
• Users

We review reports and may take action.

8. Enforcement

We may:

• Remove content
• Suspend accounts
• Ban users

9. Our Decision

All moderation decisions are required to be reasoned/justified.
