Import eBay Listings

Upload an eBay active listings CSV export to bulk-create BeatSwap listings. Categories are auto-mapped, variations become individual listings, and non-drum items are skipped.

CSV Import

Use the "All active listings" report from eBay Seller Hub → Reports → Export.

Listings will be attributed to this seller. They must have a registered BeatSwap account.

Bulk Image Upload

Name image files with the eBay item number (e.g. 157811311749_1.jpg). All images sharing the same item number are assigned to every variation of that listing.

Select Image Files

Populate SKUs from CSV

Re-upload the same eBay CSV to backfill the "Custom label (SKU)" onto existing listings. Matches by eBay Item Number. Safe to run multiple times.
